Maintaining a healthy lifestyle can sometimes be a challenge. Having a fruit or green smoothie once or twice a day can help make it a bit easier. Then add in the healthy benefits of essentials oils to your smoothie and you have one powerful juice blend. One thing to note though is that essential oils are highly concentrated derivatives of the main plant or fruit. One drop goes a long, long way. Don’t add more than two drops of any essential oil unless you know exactly how it is going to react with your body.
There are two base smoothie recipes that are pretty amazing. You can mix and match ingredients to find the one that your taste buds love the best. Then add in the essential oil that you need for that day. Don’t add more than two or three essential oils to one smoothie or you could wind up with an upset tummy.
